Patrick LaJeunesse has over 15 years experience in the sales, property management, marketing and advertising for the new home real estate market. During this time, he has assisted over 500 clients in Pittsboro, Cary, Durham, Raleigh and Apex with their real estate needs. He has managed, trained and mentored a sales team to reach above clients expectations. He has demonstrated strong analytical, savvy marketing, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and lead projects from inception to completion.  Patrick has over 25 years experience as a professional photographer combined with over 15 years as a Web Master.  This makes him technically savvy, innovative, and extremely adaptive when marketing properties in today's digital world.


He is an exceptional leader with a proven talent for selling and marketing real estate developments, residential lots , large tract land and  new  homes. Patrick has created a proven marketing technique that has increased property values in properties (homes, land, and developments) through all market conditions.  He successfully has hired and trained a sales team for various developments that that were able to sell out before expectations.  In 2013, Patrick was recognized as one of the area's top Luxury listing agents for sales in the RTP area.


Patrick has superior knowledge in the Chatham County area and what the future growth holds.  In 2008,  Patrick was recognized in 2010 by the state of NC as an expert on Developments, Land and New Homes for the Chatham County Area. Patrick has managed a marketed in new home construction in many communities throughout the RTP area;  Chapel Ridge, Preserve at Jordan Lake, Legacy at Jordan Lake, Grey Hawk Landing, Governors Club, Colvard Farms, Brickshire, Bobcat Point.

East Bridge Realty was created from the ground up to serve the higher-end real estate market in 2005 as a niche sales and marketing company with a new vision and approach to the real estate market.  I grew out of a concept that custom builders, resort land developers and asset managers of luxury residential properties could benefit from one independent sales and marketing team with the skills, experience and planned community marketing expertise.   Since then I have helped over 4 new home neighborhoods achieve their goals in sales and marketing.


My core vision was to create a company with a new perspective for the custom pre-owned home to the new home real estate market.  A new approach to the sales and marketing process in the new home neighborhoods.  This concept combines some features from the more traditional real estate models with new next generation sales and marketing models.
